Let me get this into some sort of context.

30 seconds is too long to wait between posts, so you want it lowered to 20.

Here's a better idea, think about what you are going to say and how you are going to say it for an extra 10 seconds.

Read over what you have written before you hit the [ADD REPLY] button.

You'll find it has a similar effect, without opening the board up to even easier attacks by the idiots.
