just thought id throw the application im using into the mix.

Get System Mechanic it will clean everything and you can select just the bits you want.

It also cleans up the system and lets you adjust windoes settings even deletes Office document history

Has a industry standard delete and write re write erase system

I wouldn't be without it.

I'll be trying window washer also sounds interesting.
