What speeds do you get?

OK, so I'm looking at the speeds that I'm getting from GrabIt, and I'm thinking about how I always hear that with newsgroups, your connection is maximized. Well, since I have a 6.5MB connection, shouldn't I be getting like 6500+ KB/s?

I'm using my ISP's news server BTW.

1 bit = 8 bytes
6500 are Kilobits, so if you divide them in 8, you'll get 800 Kilobytes, that's the max download speed you could get
