well, ok its understandable that he wouldnt post a brand new screen shot but 7 weeks is old indeed... but as someone said, " the click here to visit imageshack", how do you get that unless you hold your mouse over the pick already hosted when taking a screenshot...and why would he do that if it was his own screen?
