but also ive got a webcam plugged into the port and it seems to be working fine???? is this right???

right then im upto speed on the issue ive just been sent an email from jetway with a download attached!!

ive downloaded it and installed it, staight away its taken me to windows site for service pack 1 express( thought id downloaded this and installed it already) but it came up with the message invalid serail key blah blah blah!!

so i shall go and do as adan suggested and try and find a valid key?!?!?

where do i go to enter in the new serial key number though or change it rather???
