yes. if it has a .DAT file instead of an mpeg file, open the dat file with your media player.

Yes you can but if you canīt play it,then install
"Moonlight-Elecard MPEG2 Player v. 2.1" which you can find here.

Or you can open it up if you have the SVCD codec (mpeg-2)
SVCD codec (mpeg-2)
K-Lite Codec Pack has a codec called Ligos which makes it possible to play mpeg-2 files too.
