    Hmm I made this thread a couple of days ago...totally forgot about it after my box came back on...

    For those who don't know, when your box goes down email lee at - [email protected] - put your sys-id and your problem in the subject like this - sys-xxx-xxx-xx [reboot | help] - From what I here this is like a job on the side for him, so wait around 12-24 hours before panicing after sending the email. And remember you only get what you pay for
