ScT isn't rare as it used to be, still it's not easy to get in without a good offer.. and offering a level 7 + level 2 for a level 9 isn't one (even though 7 + 2 = 9)
anyway is some1 got all 9's and spare invites...why not to exchange'em for sth lower?...besides math there is a good soul as well
