I've installed it and yes it dows look pretty quick, I don't mind the Apple interface too much as I have used a few macs.

Firefox drives me nuts the amount it crashes and as for IE7 I'll keep my mouth shut, but hey I'll give it a little roadtest anyway.

Nice to meet you all too

Hey welcome Langers , I'm still playing around with it and now it seems to take a while to start ? No biggie as Firefox is slow to open as well so I'm use to it .

Everyone forgets its Beta so time will tell , I like farting around with programs so its fun for me .

Note to Clceaner , add this browser to apps. please .

If you talk to a MAC user they will tell you that the flaw with the start up is and has always been there. It's just a heavier program and takes longer to load. Most MAC users don't use Safari and immediately install FF. MAC users are smarter then Windows users in that sense.

Who knows they could speed it up for windows, but I know that MAC people have always said it takes longer to load.

I test drove Safari for a couple days and it wasn't anything special. Mind you this is just my experience personally but I found it was actually slower. I would like to think that it's because it's in the beta stage but if you ask me they should scrap the Safari on Windows idea and cut their losses.

Though one thing I did like about the browser is the look. Though a Firefox skin could replicate that.

    Crashed after 30 seconds.

It got to beta in this state? Doesn't say much for their alpha testers.
They'll have to do a LOT of work to get me to bother looking at it again.
