Why are you still using SP1?
I would add all of your trackers to your host file. If the problem is that the trackers are "offline," that is usually the culprit. Open up the host file with notepad. Add everything in. Save it as a text file. Restart your computer.
on the logger on each torrent it says upnp:port xxxx is already mapped not remapping
What torrent client do you use? If it's not a stable one, that might be the problem. Utorrent is the best, imho.
Try picking a new port between 45000 and 60000 and forward it in your router and firewall. Restart your computer and see what happens.
Also, If you are forwarding your ports, you shouldn't have upnp checked.
Sounds to me like your p2p is being throttled by your ISP at certain times tbh, due to the fact you say they are green between 7:00am-2:00pm and red at other times yes? Pretty surprised no one else has said this. If it was a port problem they would never go green.
What client do you use? if you use uTorrent make sure you have protocol encryption enabled. To do this:
go to options --> preferences --> BitTorrent Tab --> at the bottom you will see a drop down box within the protocol encryption section, and select enabled. If that still doesn't work, try selecting forced and see what happens.
Not sure how to do this on any other client.
