Yup. Every day, they have the MOST torrents uploaded compared to other more "elite" trackers. Plus, it's VERY easy to get a good ratio!

tl is the best one could ever get and i'm glad its closed, i feel more secure that way and now all the bitches dont go leech in there
a rating system where tl is below 10.5 on 0-10 is not a rating system, is a whore system so i wont even comment about it
