I didn't read through all the responses but i had the same thing and it was a cyst which really is not a big deal.If you go to the doctor they will lance it and get it out but it may come back.
I stuck a needle in that sucker and when i squeezed it blood and white puss covered my mirror it was so fricken nasty.I even woke up my girlfriend to show her at 4 in the morning but it was so nasty i had too
