It's too big!
It's 136,120 Bytes in size; board rules allow 100,000 Bytes maximum for all pictures together.
To fix that you can delete every second frame, or delete the first part of the clip.


You should also avoid those black bars (not obligatory ): to do that, you should upload the clip at 100x100 or 110x110 pixels. After that , crop it to 64x64 pixels.
