    get a kimsufi.com seedbox, it is part of ovh.

    I have this box and I up at about 1.5MB/s, which is great for 20 euros per month

    and they gave me 120 GB of disk space

    lol none of the existing companys allows p2p ( but sharing linux distros is ok )...
    Because getting your account banned sometimes isn't so bad.
