    Yes revTT has a wait time for all new users until you bring up your ratio. Try an older torrent and see if it works.

    it doesnt matter cuz if the previous owner didnt download anything the waiting time doesnt dissapear only if you met some requirements on your ratio and download

    i am not sure if they say "you are not allowed to download" for wait time. Instead, the torrent simply won't download...until wait time is over.
