It probably doesn't matter, the guy will probably trade away the invite/account later anyway, but between RevTT and Bitme, I suggest Bitme since RevTT just gave out loads of invite, probably not hard in getting one for free.
Trade for whichever one's name sounds the coolest to you.
Seeing as how they're about as different as black and white content-wise, we can only infer you already know this fact and don't care anyway.
BitMe is hands down the best learning tracker out there. I'm pretty sure no one has more types of this content then them.
