I just recently setup a seedbox but I'm having some problems installing a firewall.
When I first installed the firewall it required a system reset, and when it came back online, I could not remote in because it was blocking my connection.
Tech support was able to help me log back in, but I'm not sure how to re-install it without a smilar situation happening.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Why did you install a firewall?
As long as your box is up-to-date, it isn't really necessary to have one.
Control Panel > Network Connections > Your Connection > Properties > TCP/IP > Properties > Advanced > Options > TCP/IP Filtering > Properties
The only real firewall you'll need. Be sure to add TCP 3389 (Windows Remote Desktop Port).
