Whats the best operating system to use for a seedbox? I see options for Debian, CentOS, Fedora, and Windows 2003 Server.
Will any OS do? It seems like Debian is free and the others are upgrades, at least where I am shopping. Thanks!

If you're planning on using the linux guide here at FST don't use centOS i think fedora will do (but not sure). Windows is ofc preferable for newbs.

fedora core 6 is the best choice for linux seedbox in my opinion, you can follow guides present in FST in that case
I recommend Debian/Ubuntu Server.
If you have no desire to learn Linux, go with Windows.
