one will simply watch a better quality movie in same ranking, its doesn't matter who release it as long as its the superior to another in quality. for example will you wait for something to get release again by your "favorite" group although same thing with same quality is laying around by different group ?

I dont see why it is childish. It really depends on what experience you have with one groups releases. Lets say I downloaded some movies from n00x and found out that their releases were often bad or unwatchable.

Then I downloaded some movies released from a other group and their releases were all good and fast pretime. Now I can prefer this group because I liked their releases. This doesn't mean that I only will download releases my favorite group, just that I had the best experiences with that group.
