can u give us the name of this card or any information about the computer or anything. To find out graphics card name go to control panel -> system -> Hardware -> Device manager -> Display adapter

I am not a pro. So its just for internet, couple of games, songs etc.

I want to upgrade my computer, but again i suck and have very bad luck :'(

I'd recommend looking around some more and spending a little more and getting something with an AGP 4x non-integrated graphics card.

Ok i don't understand whats going on, but the bottom line is that the card u have is can't be a top of the range typical graphics card. It would be impossible to have 720MB of the same kind of ram as they are using on top end graphics cards because all the major players in the graphics card business are having huge problems cooling even 256MB. The 720MB must be referring to something else tho i have no idea what. I must admit i am curious as to what exactly u do have, if u ever find out some more info on it please tell us more.
