PST is -8 hours comparing to UTC - Coordinated Universal Time which right now is equal to west Europe (Portugal)

what.cd desperately needs more members, 8753 torrents but no one is downloading them, the place is stagnant. There's no point in uploading without downloaders.
waffles.fm is an unknown quantity, if it's on a proper server and gets 40k+ users, maybe.
other gets my vote for now ... if Oink came back, no contest.
