How do U solve this issue? it can only be in loaded if the IP is put down instead domain-name, and I use a proxy.

Yeaaaahhh it's much better i think and they can be trustable...
and it's open for signups
Hopefully they'll leave it capped till everything is up and running at decent speeds.
