It's too big.Originally posted by stupidguy@16 July 2003 - 12:57
O.K. If The Mods Think It's To Big They Can Cahnge It Right?
And no, I'm not going to change it - that's your work.
BTW, does anyone know how to make it smaller in filesize, without having to remove frames?
decreasing the ammount of colours
I don't think it would look like much if you reduced the colors enough to get below 100K without removing frames.
You can pull a bunch of frames and still it don't look too bad...
i was just saying another way to get it down without removing frames as bender said, but nice job tite-wad, it looks better than the orig, it runs a bit smoother
Yes Livy, I didn't mean to imply that you were wrong... in fact I did reduce the colors!
I was just pointing out that it had so many frames that it would require cutting the colors down to like - 2 - to get it under 100K.
The only other option I could think of was to reduce the canvas size - but that would make it harder to see.
Must be the seastar from Spongebob Squarepants (in the Dutch version they call him Patrick. I don't know waht ihis name is in the English version).Originally posted by Spindulik@16 July 2003 - 18:35
The Avatar is nice. Kind of big though.
Is mine too big? Does anyone know what it is?

How can I do that in Animation Shop? (asked the n00b )Originally posted by Livy@16 July 2003 - 21:21

And if it's in black and white already, is there another way to compress or resize it?

Dunno 'bout Animation Shop - I used ULead.
A B/W image usually has several gray-colored pixels in it - so yes, I would think it could be reduced.
@ nostalgia - I think hes was asking about the size of his avy - 90743 bytes.
I would like to use the film "Titanic" as my avatar can you advise if the size is acceptable?
