yes,max speed,but if you don't have a good upload speed they will "terminate" youya i use this tracker but its little bit slow due to the number of seeders,but as i heared that at bitmetv you can get max speed u have due to large number of seeders (users)have seedbox.
Without good, original content, a tracker is nothing but a lonely teenage boy's chatroom.
