I've had a server with them before I quit torrenting. Support is pretty much the best I've had, but the datacenter I was in wasn't the best. Although one thing that impressed me quite a bit, was the fact that you could max out a layeredtech box. Being able to max out a US box with an EU box is pretty impressive. You should have grabbed a box a few months ago from them, they had that 79 pounds box for 49
