scene-access is very restricted and very hard to get. if they started giving it to anyone with a fast connection we wouldnt even have the scene anymore. theres lots of torrent sites out there with excellent pretimes. the most you can do is try n become an uploader there. trust me, you dont wanna go any further

yeah, the speeds and pre-times are great, except its really hard to upload lol.

Its not hard to upload on scc well very easy just like any other sites lol
