Nero Burning

Using Nero (latest version) and my video burns have been okay. Video clarity is a little foggy and not perfectly fluid but certainly acceptable. So I tried burning "Die Another Day" (which came from a DVD that someone put online) and it came out upside down and inside out. Any ideas on how to correct this and PLEASE keep it simple. You'd be AMAZED at my lack of tech comprehension.

if you get the new Kazaa lite codec pack...you will find a resizer codec that comes with it i think...if not...there is a codec that flips the screen to normal ration...try divxdigest....
