Yes, if you downloaded it, you would still need a valid cd key and a credit card/game card. So you would still have to go and buy the game to get the cd key.

Also, you need a valid cd-key to play the game(for account and payment). Theres no point on putting it on kazaa-plus star wars stupid games for nerds. MMO are a ripoff anyway, i bought the damn game-let me play it!!
