one of my friend tried to signup there got the message

that is the first time he opened the site LOL
his ip range is 59
is there any chance to change the ip range

hehe, every isp has different ip range, but all isp's belong to some country, that have specific ip ranges. He can try changing isp but if one isp from his country has been baneed, probably others are too. So only way is to access it from server from another country, proxy, thor...
