    First one is linux, 512mb is more than plenty, there are many, many good people round here who will help you set it up.

    Maybe your best bet is to stick with ie.hosting with what you have and upgrade to level 2 management

    I'm currently using a tzulo seedbox. Never tried other so I can't really compare... What I can say about tzulo is:

    -> The SO running is linux (you may chose between some distros. I'm using fedora core 6)
    -> Nice and fast support (I had a little trouble configuring the seedbox, and they did that for me within hours)
    -> Max download/upload speed I experimented in torrents: 7MB/s (Down) | 7,3MB/s (UP)
    -> Slows speeds downloading from seedbox to PC@home (duno why) via http or ftp (around 50KB/s - 120KB/s)

    It's enough my needs, can't complain about it, but I repeat, never had other seedbox than this one.. I didn't find better for the same amount of money
