Yes the new singer of IcedEarth is Ripper Owens and here are some samples of songs from The Glorious Burden I downloaded "The Reckoning" Its good yet it sounds like typical IcedEarth. Gallops and Double Bass. Dont get me wrong the song is good and I love the new Vocals but it just seems like there still stuck at The Night Of The StormRider album. Not that thats bad.

Hmm their new singer reminds me of Iron Maidens singer. I still like Matt Barlow better. :beerchug:

Yea, Barlow will always be there best singer. But I was pleasently surprised by Rippers performance. I expected less of the new sounding IcedEarth but I really like it.

The only singer that I know of that could be an adequete substitute for Barlow is Kansi but hes but that "other" band that wont be breaking up any time soon.

    Or would be?
