OK, I just purchased a seedbox and I'm having a few issues. I'm using it to build my ratio and I ran into some problems. What's the process from start to end? Do I download the torrent file to my computer then upload it to my seedbox? If so, how does the torrent keep track of my seeding? If my seedbox is downloading and uploading, how will my tracker recognize my uploading?

Yes , you download the torrent and upload it to the seedbox . It will have a unique passkey attached to your account so any uploading/downloading done will automatically be counted towards your account .
