As to your second, the fact that you constantly deflect real abuse like that which I have just mentioned to talk about cartoons sounds like an anti-Japanese rant to me. The simple fact is that Japan is no more dangerous than most other developed countries and a lot safer than most places on this planet. You might not like their culture but girls there could be born into far worse socieities. It is not exactly a bundle of laughs being a girl in Saudi Arabia or Iran or in some of the African countries where a virgin is considered a cure for aids (the desperate will clutch at any straw).

I suppose we could set up specific threads to trash every single country - I mean there are only a couple of hundred countries - although I don't know a lot about the Marshall Islands or Djibouti.

To be honest I am not desperately familar with Manga but I have noted that in the little I have seen it does feature school uniforms a lot but that the girls in the uniforms have bewbs like Sam Fox - so I am not sure if that really counts as CP.

That the Japnese are well mental is not in dispute. It is just that their mentalism is a fair bit more complicated than being given air play here and this is in fact the root of my disagreement with the OP.
