I have a Hosting-IE VPS too, and the problem is that the company blocks the process. Rename the utorrent.exe to anythingelse.exe and it should work like a charm.

At the beginning i changed it to seed.exe, 2 months later it happened what happens to you, changed it to asdasd.exe and works perfectly.

    Tell me if it's that.

What do you mean rename it? Rename what?

    Thanks for yor help

    Just got my raptor box.

Utorrent and Azurues would not boot.

Renamed Azurues and all is good now.

They do not limit speeds in the network and do not charge for extra bandwidth and are extremely cheap, like for 20 euro box you can have average 20mbit channel on 100mbit shared,
you can see crazy speeds in there some times,
so they probably trying to slow down traffic usage by crazy torrent lovers like us ))
