i think that SCC beat a lot warez sites with they apps,if u can see pretimes on SCC for apps are 15,10,2 sec after pre,and also they are freeleech forever and u only need to seed them for 36 hours and then u can do whatever u want..

My personal favorite is h33t (http://www.h33t.com). They have some great AIO packs and collections.

Other than that Appzuniverse and revtt are also good.

They're the best that i have and know, don't look for anything else because i don't think you'll best better trackers.
