i live in Turkey
in Turkey some of the biggest cities(some populated areas)have infrastructure for fiberoptic connection.
but sure it is expensive thats why i asked if there is a chance(?) not to max my connection.

in Serbia 1.5mbit/192kbit witch is max offer speeds for a normal civil people costs arround 60Euros so i think it is worse than Turkey

btw ewerest i had 1gbit seedbox i used to DL from ScT up to 20MB/s on new torrents...
and since on ScT have a lot seedboxes than 10-15MB/s for ur connection i think that would be not a big problem to max out
