How do you convert video files that are downloaded, and no file extension. They are just numbered files. Sometimes there is a small icon with the winrar symbol, but it is not really an rar file. Help
How do you convert video files that are downloaded, and no file extension. They are just numbered files. Sometimes there is a small icon with the winrar symbol, but it is not really an rar file. Help
if the files are "filename.avi.001" and etc. then a file joining program should be able to join them back to one big avi file
if the filename is just "001" then it may not even be a video file
you could use simple file joiner http://www.peretek.com/sfj.php and then rename to .avi or .mpeg and see if it plays
can you right click and force open with winrar...sometimes that happens to me
you can extract them using winrar and if that does not work try to download the Hjsplit program from the net and try to extract.. it should extracting fine...

run the program, go to that folder and open teh 001, it will find all the rest (if they are in same folder) and put them back together.
