The 2X upload is for the users that are willing to spend time with us on IRC, a lot of users are going to irc they turn 2X on and they leave so lets make things clear

1. If you leave the irc channel 2x will get disabled
2. YOU WILL GET BANNED FROM THE SITE IF YOU DO THIS

So stop doing it and try to be a part of the community

That is to the users who had joined, turned it on and part.

and continue to do so. Puts constraints on us (staff) and the system having it loaded with 1000+ turn on a day.

If you do wish to take advantage of it GREAT! If you get disconnected for whatever reason you will be fine. Just join back up when you can. You will loose 2x but can turn it on when you re-join. This is for the users who have obviously been trying to take advantage of the system.
