General Tracker: zamunda.net : the only downside is it is non-english
Tophos is also a good one
E-learning site: docs.torrent : easy to seed

Torrentbytes is absolutely great! Great packs, VERY easy to build a decent ratio, great freeleech packs and pretty good speeds!

3) TorrentBytes
2) SceneHD (not on WTAW, but I got in on open signups, so couldn't be too high)
1) Demonoid (when it was around. hopefully coming back)

Like so many others said before me Torrentbytes. Great content, great speeds lots of snatches. And above all packs are always freelech.

BitSoup is a great starter tracker. It's easy to get into, easy to keep your ratio and easy to get pretty much whatever you want on there. N00bs should definitely keep checking for open signups, they happen all day.
