Easy on him, for petes sake. We have no idea his age, and saying hes a teenager, and the fact that he asked this question, obviously hes not too old of a teenager, or this is be common knowledge for him. Its not likes hes a fricken 40 year old guy asking. Its normal for people to be attracted to others of similiar age, and he didnt know the laws in this regard.

Yes it is illegal in the US, assuming thats where your from, as I dont know the laws in every country, to have any explicit material of a person under the age of 18.

Yes the age of consent, from state to state in the US is different, ie the age which teens can have sex, legally.

But any images, video, etc, of a minor, defined as someone under 18 in the us, is illegal to make, have, or view. This is a FEDERAL law...

It's normal for a TEENAGER to want to see other TEENAGERS but if he is talking about 14 and down I say no big time. but a 30 year old man wanting to see teens is wrong

Every 30 year old man with a healthy sexual appetite loves seeing (or doing if he can/may) teens.

You think titles like Extreme Teens, Barely Legal, Lolita Network, Dirty Teens, etc. etc. are there for Teens?

Ages in the law are there to protect people who possibly aren't able to oversee the consequenses of their acts. That's good.
