They always say that they are quitting the game. Let a lot still come back, saying that they feel they need to keep putting out music. Ja Rule said it, DMX said it, now Jay-Z is saying it.

Ja Rule should actually quit, cuz he bites 2Pac way to much. Anyone see the June 2003 XXL Magazine. On the main page, he looks way to much like pac. He ain't got is own style, thats why he must bite 2Pac's. Murder Inc ain't sh*t.

Isn't his last album called The Black Album?
I heard that each song is produced by a different producer that Jay respects.
