I thought the question was GOOD action movie. Lets be serious:
Rambo - good actor NOT
Pearl Harbour - too long to be an action movie
LOTR - see above. Good movies but not action movies
Rush Hour - yeah Jackie Chan is pretty good
The Mummy - what crap
The Mummy 2 - more crap
Bruce Lee movies - definitely good in their time.

Best one at the moment has to be Final Destination 2.

hard boiled(a total asian action classic with chow yun fat)

a better tomorrow 2(oh look chow yun fat at his best again)
star wars(sci fi action classic)
empire strikes back(sci fi action classic)
return of the jedi(sci fi action classic)
Live and let die(the best bond film ever)
enter the dragon(bruce lee at his best)

by the way my fav is Freddy vs jason an action horror flick, not just horror
