I'll have you know I'm cheap as chips and am highly trained in the art of removing said knots. One of my clients, a runner with a fucked up runners body, says I make him feel like a snake.

Yeh fuck call centers utterly. I cant do it anymore. Next job'll be a goodun.

We've got a specialist company on site at the moment helping us through our redundancy and they've been useful. I'm planning on relocating as there are very few jobs down here except the callcentre/agency shite ones and I'm better than that.
