Ok Beside SCT what your next best tracker u use

ScT is good but I'm not that bothered about scene stuff generally.

I prefer sites like thebox, blackcat-games, hdbits, karagarga, torrentleech (much easier to seed than ScT), and bitmetv.

TranceTraffic for music

and MVids for videos .. anything else i find on ScT

SCC is comparable with ScT, but TL is the best tracker to have when you already have ScT.

Who says everyone uses, or even has ScT? I don't use it because I don't have it. But then again, I don't have it because I've never wanted it.

Anyways, I don't really have a best tracker. I suppose if I were to pick one though, I would pick PTN

The guys there are pretty nice; but it's a shame they're having all those server problems.
