i think that rmvb is very good
1-content
2-small size
3-good speed

they are a good tracker,many of their users have seedboxes
most of the popular Xvid/TV titles available on "0-day sites" are recoded and released within a couple of hours
difficult to get into though, their userbase is 5000 members and they very rarely open for signups

specially classic movies and Top250 ones
