Look in nfo's for groups that need servers/help and do it.

you can't get in contact with the top group on a esay way but small/new grps writing their email adress in nfos..contact them if you will join them but you must stop with p2p and everything elese which warez on the www.

How? You email them with what you have to offer eg. .eu server
Why? P2P is the arch enemy of the scene. They try their hardest to keep their shit hidden from the public and if you're caught you get a scene ban for "insecurity"
