My guess is that they coded some sort of IP harvester like the ones copyright agencies use that logs who "reacted" to what info_hash, which is then matched to a torrent name in the database. If you care enough, you can always contact them.Still pondering how it works. Is it a mixture of port and torrent hash checking?

It's also possible that the tracker operator inserted fake addresses. The Pirate Bay once claimed to do this. If so, I can't think of better fake IPs than those of anti-copyright agencies.
Well, maybe the home internet IP address of all the Supreme Court judges -- that would indeed be gold!
