I think magazines and comics would be great. No ratio, and a lot of users who just grab a few PDFs a day or whatever.

Peeps could scan in their fave magazines that they buy and be labeled a certain mag uploader Would be a cool thing to do imo...

"If" i was going to do one, Movie Tracker, no new releases, they must be 6 months old from cinema release at least, (so no crappy cams), but it would allow XVID/DVD/DVD9/HD.

and it would obviously have our SP system and longevity on the torrents.

As for TBdev or Gazelle, who the feck cares really, as long as it works.
