No, the site allows any kind of music to be posted. Just the majority is Rock/Indie/Screamo/Metal. They don't care though what you post as long as it fits their requirements. (i.e. not on their banned list)
What their leaks look like:
Most of their releases are in VBR format of some kind. Usually they'll get bigger, more anticipated releases before Waffles or What.
