I know I'm not stoppin sharin or downloading, and if they want to sue me,dont have nuthin to give em anyway. If you are one of em gettin sued, let em sue you, after its done, hide your assests and file bankruptcy screw em, they say music sales are down but most of the stuff I download I never would of bought anyway, what do they think were all rich, we download cause were all 2 poor to buy it unlike those jaguar driving dicks, if i made 200 thousand a year then I would buy not download.

Is there a way to find out, of all the people who are sued, how many of them were you using Kazaa, K-Lite or any other programs ?

I was thinking that but i read on the BBC website that if this is Succesful (sp?) in America (damn yanks ) then they are going to test it out in the UK. I know the RIAA have no jurisdiction over here but there is a UK equivalent. Im not panickin cause i use the piracy patch plus Peerguardian bsides don't they need to get what you downloaded of your ISP? and the fact that ISP's over here are competing to be the fastest by advertising how fast you can download music files and movies plus who is going to upgrade to a fast connection when theres nothing decent to download. So whos going to lose money? Hope this makes sense and sorry if ive ramble on abit.

yeah I wouldn't seriously worry to much the chances are slim to get caught just use the privacy patch
hell yeah. they are suing 200 or so people. do you know what a small percentage of users that? Besides do they think out of country users are going to stop? Damn the RIAA is ridculous! I'll be damned if I buy another album, thats all I know. I used to buy cd's before all this BS.

I agree with english wolf and others regarding the music industry attempting to put the fear of god into everyone. If you lood at the official Microsoft Windows XP website, you will see KaZaA-Lite advertised and recommended to all as a suitable download software program, enabling fileshareing of music and other media. What the hell is going on!!

perhaps all filesharers should stop all purchases of CD's for a period to show the power of the general public.

Threats of huge fines will cause the population of the planet to have uncertainty in the future control of the internet. The big business interests are quite happy to have us bombarded with advertising muck, why not control that and do some good for a change.......
